To track the status of your order, use the tracking number you received by e-mail. Visit our tracking page and enter the number provided to find out the current status of your delivery.

3. What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order,please contact us at support@hennababy.com and explain the problem, enclosing relevant photos or videos if possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
